🍃 Day 1 – Nature Lover’s Amazon Retreat: Your Adventure Begins – Welcome to Pacha!

Your journey begins with a warm welcome and transfer from Quito (Ecuador’s Capital) to Pacha Ecolodge in Archidona, Napo – Ecuador. Archidona is a very small village with a sparse population located in the jungle, This is the home of the Kichwa culture an it offers a tranquil and safe environment.

Settle in in your new rainforest retreat, get to know the lush surroundings, and enjoy a welcome dinner that hints at the culinary treats to come.

🍃 Day 2 – Nature Lover’s Retreat | Chocolate Quest: Bean to Bar Experience

Start your day with a fresh breakfast, fueling up for the day!

Today we’re getting hands-on with nature and CACAO! After lunch, it’s time for some sweet indulgence. We’ll harvest cacao fruit from our very own trees and transform it into chocolate, a treat that is sure to delight your taste buds! We will follow the local traditional process in order to obtain an extraordinary organic chocolate!

🍃 Day 3 – The Waves – River Rafting on the Jatun Yacu

Wake up to a hearty breakfast before we set off for an adrenaline-pumping day on the “Jatun Yacu” or “Big Water.”

Our certified guides ensure a safe and thrilling whitewater rafting experience, culminating in a picturesque picnic on the Kichwa Island of “Shandia”.

After an exhilarating day, return to the lodge for a well-deserved dinner!

🍃 Day 4 – Journey to the Mystical – The Rock Labyrinth

Immerse yourself in the mystical allure of the rock labyrinth, a captivating maze of canyons and rocks that beckons exploration.

Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, delve into the enchanting legends of the area, adding an extra layer of intrigue to your journey.

Then, as the afternoon unfolds, feel free to leisurely unwind or treat yourself to a relaxing massage at Pacha.

🍃 Day 5: Cave Explorations – The Land of the Shamans

Post breakfast, we undertake an active trek to explore ancient caves, the hallowed lands of the Shamans.

Delve into the mystical beliefs and legends, understand the use of medicinal plants, and immerse yourself in waterfalls and jungle.

Return to Pacha for a well-earned dinner!

🍃 Day 6: The Heart of the Jungle – Animal Rescue Center and Canoeing Adventure

It’s time to explore the wildlife of the Amazon with a visit to the Animal Rescue Center. Let’s support their conservation initiative!

Learn about the diverse fauna of the Rainforest and understand the impact of civilization on this delicate ecosystem.

Later, enjoy a serene canoe ride to a special lagoon, home to rare birds, playful monkeys, and the enormous ‘Paiche’ fish.

🍃 Day 7: The Hidden Gems – Waterfalls, Exotic Food and Traditional Crafts

The day starts with our signature breakfast.

Next, explore Tena’s Handicrafts shop and treat yourself to delectable chocolate ice cream.

Enjoy a leisurely afternoon for a massage or a walk along our trails.

Conclude your day with a memorable final dinner at Pacha!

🍃 Day 8: Homeward Bound – Farewell Pacha, Hello Quito!

As you enjoy your last breakfast with us and soak up the tranquil surroundings one more time, we’ll prepare for your journey back to Quito. Take with you the raw beauty and the quiet moments of connection from your 8-day journey through the Ecuadorian Amazon.
